Getting Started

Initial consultation via email, phone, zoom, or in-person. We're based in Oregon, but we accept business anywhere in the United States.

Statement of work and contract.

50% deposit (non-refundable)
Project Scope

Work with client on goals and their design interests.

Request information from client (logo, brand guidelines, images, and text content.
Planning

Our team brainstorms ideas based off of the goals and information the client provided.

A developer is assigned to the project (along with the account manager).
Design & Development

We start the building process.

When the website is near completion on the desktop version, we'll request revisions from the client.

A 25% payment is required to move on.

The revisions will be made.

Once the website is done on the desktop, we'll start optimizing for tablet and mobile.
Quality Assurance

We'll test the website on multiple browers and devices.

We'll test all links, forms, anchors, and make sure all animations and/or click and hover effects are working properly.

We'll optimize the website for launch (SEO), making sure all title tags, meta descriptions, image names, URLs, etc. are labeled correctly.
Delivery

The remaining 25% is due.

The website will be transferred to the client's Wix account.

The client can opt for the OMNI Maintenance Plan, in which case OMNI Studios will remain as a Site Administrator.

We offer a 1-on-1 tutorial for $100 per hour.

Client has 10 days to review and notify us of any errors. We'll take care of it free of charge.
